I never knew I could succeed in dieting - Long lasting dieting skill

I was inspired by Vili's body transformation, that's why I came to Vili for coaching. I was curious because I had tried dieting before, but I never succeeded.

Vili coached me with daily messages, clear and, comprehensive instructions. He answered the messages always instantly. During the period of 4 months, I slowly but steadily lost weight, around 17kg. I learned new knowledge, tips, and dieting tricks every day.

I tried many "special" diet hacks and trends before, but only when working with Vili that I realize: it doesn't need to be hard, suffering, or stressful at all - you only need to learn the right way, the right amount to eat. I enjoy life quite the same, if not more, with the new healthy lifestyle. Even now, as a flight attendant with a hectic life and diverse food sources, I still manage to eat healthy with the knowledge I learned.

After that, I challenged myself further by starting to hit the gym, and Vili had a way for a softie beginner in the gym like me. Now I slowly build a new habit of exercising, and my energy and health steadily increases day by day.
